Jogging and Brisk Walking are indeed good cardio workouts, though thread mill is also good but you might want to invest in buying one or simply join the gym; nevertheless jogging outdoor is in fact a better choice than thread mill. Easy Cardio Exercises
- Before starting jogging, do skipping or brisk walking or both for at least 10mins. This is good warm up exercise.
- After brisk walking, do jogging for about 15mins. Take few mins breaks in the middle while you jog if you feel exhausted and tired.
- After jogging, you may do either do cycling or swimming for about 15mins. Or if both are not possible, then do running for about 5 to 10mins. Do take breaks in the middle if you feel exhausted and tired.
